I ordered a sim card to try your phone service andafter receiving it have tried severaltimes unsuccessfully to get connected I keep receiving messages I have given the wrong birth date or account number There is no account number and I do know my birthdate which i have confirmed is what amaysim currently have on their records of me My first contact with you was 13th - 12 -2012 and I am getting pretty pissed off with not being able to actually contact anyone for assistance and the same email being received each time I try to activate
