its lumo energy

I always hang up as soon as I hear the robot. I just rang Lumo and they said the call was because my account is overdue. They assured me that in the future if they need to remind me about an outstanding account they will get a real person to call me. Let's see what happens!

Lumo is a very frustrating and disappointing company to deal with. Not sure how many times I have requested that my accounts come to my billing address and they still can't get it right. I've had calls from this annoying automated redirected service to tell me my account is overdue. This call is 3 days after the due date and prior to any formal overdue notice. I think they are a bit of a joke. I'd be very happy to pay my account before the due date if I received it! Poor service from Lumo and calls from this number have now made me switch off Lumo. I'm connecting with another company.

I REFUSE to stay on the line. It is bad enough when ringing a company and waiting for up to 30mts, let alone have someone ringing and getting a recorded message saying to wait, that someone is trying to ring. I don't care who it is they should have enough decency to have a PERSON ring.

This number just rang my mobile 3 times in a row with a message saying "we have a call for this number", a beep, then they hang up. I am a Lumo customer who complained bitterly yesterday about my latest power bill!

This is why I left LUMO energy...

I get a at least 1 call a week from number associated with LUMO with either a hang up when I answer or a message left telling me to call them back.

I am having this number call me. They do not speak they just hang up. I am a customer of Lumo also.

If you pick up you just get a beep, if you let it go through to message bank they leave a marketing message

They called me again today and hung up as soon as I said "Hello"... Bloody LUMO Energy.. What's the point of calling then hanging up...

I think its from a place called white taxation or something on those lines as that is who they said it was

They call me often and when you answer just starts beeping.  I'm with Lumo energy!

This number has called my mobile twice no idea who it is

I kept getting this number calling me 4-5 times a day. no one speaks, the line is dead.

They are still doing it. Twice in just a minute. Also I get a message to hold on then it drops off (but they rang me)! .......I think that it is Lumo Energy because I only joined up a couple of months ago & they have been trying to speak to me. But i have been busy at the time so I ask them to ring me back later that day but then they dont, so now I get these annoying automated calls that ask me to hold on then it drop off. I hope that they ring back so that I can give them a dose for their annoying calls.
