Office Works - ringing back after you leave a message. Problem is - they DO NOT leave a message (so obviously don't care too much about your feedback) and if you return the call they make it really hard to get through to the "right person" - it is purely about sales etc. and no one seems to know who to refer you to even if you call them back straight away.
