A bunch of pests

bloody annoying when they call a few times a day and never actually say anything :/

Agl rang i tried to ring back on my mobile and was keep on hold for 10 minutes do they have any idea how costly that is?? you have got to get a better system and not to leave people on hold. very angry

As above. I just blocked it to make life easier

AGL called again today and I answered. Glad I did. Was genuine call from AGL Head Office offering customers opportunity for extra discount by renewing their plans early. They recently announced new cheaper plans for new customers so were offering as well to existing customers who renew early . No catches.

They call daily, dont leave message & dont answer when we call back. Friend tells me its AGL Sales. I need to answer the phone quicker to confirm what they want.

I too are getting calls regularly from this number which hang up after 10 seconds. Very annoying. If this is AGL I might drop them as my gas supplier.

I am getting called every day, sometimes twice a day. No messages are ever left. I have made a complaint on their Facebook page and I am awaiting contact back. They have called everyday for the last month or so. Just lost a customer.

Once I found out how AGL were ripping me off compared to my neighbours, I switched suppliers. Now they constantly hassle me trying to win me back. Too little too late.

Phone rang I answered it then no one at the other end then hung up.

I suspect this number is also AGL sales, which is the same number, but ending in a 3. I no longer have a service with them and am overseas. They ring every second day and never leave a message. It is very annoying, particularly when it is 1.30 in the morning when they seem to call.

I have received numerous phone calls, but never get to the phone quick enough and then they don't leave a message.

This is AGL calling to see if their customers are getting discounts!
I explained that they are ringing a phone number which I do not use very often (it's not my personal mobile number) and it is not published anywhere!
