Calls me twice but no answer

This number called my landline 3 times late last night.
(I didn't answer because its interstate, which for me means its almost certainly an unsolicited call.)

Called me at 11pm twice and hung up once answered

A fax machine that keeps calling in the middle of the night!!!

Called me on my cellphone. No message left.
