Caller: "Green Energy" or some such

They claim to be calling from "Green Energy" or something like that, although I had to ask for that, no introduction was offered. They will cite the government rebate on hot water heat pumps etc.

Unknown number called. No message left presume spam & number blocked.

I called back number (03) 8658 9036 it says the number I have dialed is not in service anymore.
