This is a pure scam. Unwanted web page hijacks your web browser and wants you to contact this number claiming to be Microsoft. You will pay to have your system unlocked. Instead, use Task Manager to close your browser and ignore this.

My browser was hijacked while on Facebook and a malware program dialog window popped up advising me to call this number - it's a scam. Don't call them. Remove the malware using anti malware software and all will be ok.
