Caller: No details left

Really difficult to understand the caller. I think ANZ. They really need to give some training to their call centre people. It’s just horrible.

all ANZ outbound calls from the Melbourne office show as (03) 8654 0000. So any person who works in this building making an outbound call will come from this number.

I've had calls from this number and whenever answered, i could hear other voices, similar to a call centre, then hung up.

ANZ outsourced initial screening to this company in Philippines. They call you from this number. I just had my 2nd phone interview from this number.

That number is from ANZ call center. Caller called in regards to an application for ANZ product. Requested further documentation.

In relation to a credit card application. They didn't ask for more than my name (I get very cagey on this) and caller was quite polite. Was able to get things done quickly.

I am not applying for a credit card or any ANZ loan. I'm not answering them.

Don't trust them, and can't understand the accent. If ANZ really want to contact me they can send a letter.

Caller: I don't know but I suspect ANZ, we are having dealings with them

We are currently trying to get ANZ to remove their interest on a property. The other week someone rang at 7:00pm on a Friday night, could hardly understand a word he said. I've lodged a complaint with ANZ. Subsequently they've agreed to email me only, but 5 minutes ago we received a call from (03) 8654 0000 which I now understand to be ANZ overseas call diversion. Shocking service ANZ.

When I answered, there was total silence, after waiting 10-15 seconds I gave up. This non existent phone conversation was followed by a txt message saying ANZ wanted to talk to me; well they should have said something during the phone call instead of staying silent!!!
