These people are a SCAM ! After the rude India lady could not answer the questions she said to me 'listen to me, do not ask any questions, I am explaining to you.' Then put her colleague man on the phone who was just as rude and when I asked him if he knew which phone company I was with and he replied 'telstra' and I replied 'no I am not' he called me a LIAR!
I then said I have called tesla ta about your company before and they have no idea about who you are. He then hung up on me!!!!
DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!

The same every evening for the past week,

I have had at least 10 calls from this number (03) 8644 8152 today. Every time I answer they hang up!!

These calls are driving me nuts. Five calls in one hour, pick it up, no-one there. Return call and get a message of such bad quality it's indecipherable.

Just received a call from these guys trying to sell me a "cheaper" bundle from Telstra. They kept asking me how much I pay per month for my current phone/internet bundle and couldn't understand why I didn't want to tell them anything. Then they tried to tell me that my current "landline" is provided by Telstra even if billed by another company. Funny thing is though, as soon as I told them it was a VoIP line I was using they couldn't hang up fast enough.

Just received 4 call from them for the last hour, and finally I talked to the Indian woman. she insisted I can get the discount rate from them because I am one of the costumer from Telstra in small and medium place . I told her I am not going to switch company and she keeps saying that I will be still with Telstra. I said I am not going to change phone provider, and ask for their company name. she said she's from Goo phone. I disconnected the call when she tried to get my name and company address. then she called again. Now I put the number into the reject list. :(

They must be connected to (03) 9008 6190 - received a call from them 2 days ago and put the phone down. Received an "overseas number" call today and told the rude lady I would contact Telstra to verify her offer. Since then the (03) 8644 8152 number has phoned me 6 times. I have blocked it on my phone. I have spoken to Telstra regarding the harassment.

It takes a lot for me to lose my nerve, but boy do these people know how to push a button! They've called four times in the past hour, to convince me to change plans as apparently Telstra will increase my charges next month. They insisted that I'm entitled to a discount, and they have to give me that discount. What absurdity?! I was also informed by the extremely rude man on the phone that if I hang up they will simply keep calling back. My husband's looking into Telstra blocking that number so they stop hassling us.

This number is registered to a company called Sleektel and another company called Go Fone. They claim they work with telstra. This is not true. Do not give out any personal info. There is no address given on either website, just a PO box. After receiving at least 15 calls in 1 night, things got rather heated. Once the person on the other line realized that I knew what company he was calling from and that he wasn't going to get the information he wanted from me, he got very disgruntled and aggressive. Beware of this number- do not call back as they will then start harassing that number too!

Same tactics here. They just ring every 5 or 10 minutes for a couple of hours. Sometimes there is someone on the other end, most times nobody.

this number has been calling me for months, blocked the number from my phone but its now been unblocked again. for the first time ever i have decided to actually try to have a conversation with them to no avail. i had a woman call me, was happy to tell me the company she was working for (which i couldnt catch through her thick accent, home something) and that she was calling from south melbourne. when i asked what her employee ID was she got quite angry asking why i needed it and then hang up on me when i told her i wanted it for my own refference. next time ill ask what her medicare number is!!

missing these calls up to ten times a day telling me they can save me money by switching to them

After over 12 calls in one afternoon an many nice request to stop calling i finally lost it at them an gave a very unpleasant colourful mouthful, did not work he then gave me a very narsty mouthful an said my address an he would be around to sort me out very worried at the information he had. have now had the number blocked an have contacted police. just sick of the scams an abuse of our personal information.

This phone number is completely scum. Very rude conman and low IQ stories. Please don't give them any personal info and report to your service provider ASAP.

This number called me eight times in a row this evening. Whenever I answered, they hung up! I called the number back and it said 'this number is not connected'??? I phoned Telstra to have them block the number. Hopefully no more phone calls from whoever that was.

i received a call from this very lovely man his name was josh parker! when i used this script he got very angry with me and proceeded to hang up on me, i have to say i don't think ill be hearing from him again any time soon!

I am an Indian.. These people are harassing everyone without knowing where are you from.. There is no way we can stop, if you block one number they will get another after 3-6 months and keep repeating. I don't get angry on any telemarketers.. What I do is ask for unreasonable offer? such as I said I am paying only $50 per month for unlimited internet, local and national calls and international calls in 15 countries.. and then asked What is your offer? I did not put down the phone.. they did!
