they will ring you stating several times they are from Telstra, affiliated with Telstra and how my bill will be cheaper only for TELSTRA customers, then proceeded to pitch to me several times how my bill will only be cheaper no changes to my service provider, then at the very end of the call they tell me they are from PRISM TELECOMS and NOT a Telstra company at all!! furious they were asking for all kinds of personal details etc. don't be fooled they are using devious tactics to mislead people on the phone specifically Telstra customers

just have started being hassled by this number (03) 8644 8152, first call they hung up on me. Subsequent calls I haven't bothered picking up.

We have had days of them ringing and we gave them the fart app treatment. Ha! Ha!

They have been calling us about 15 times a day for the last month, promising cheaper deal for Telstra customers. We aren't even with Telstra, but they keep telling me they have a database of Telstra's NSW customers. I ended up buying a referee's whistle and I blow it into the phone now when they call!

They have Called my 50 times non stop in the last hour. i have a privet number but i know they are a scammer pretending to be Telstra saying they have a discount for the next months phone bill. Telstra have never authirsed this and they are calling anyone we don't even use telstra. Don't tell them anything get the number blocked by your provider to stop them from calling your Number again they don't EVER STOP CALLING

I have treated these piece of sh*t like an f*cking animal...I abused them when they called like a pig...worked well..they must have spread the word...I don't get any call from them

100% scammers - they will not let up had to have them barred. Once barred they started calling from (02) 5616 0105. Hang up on these numbers ASAP I get the feeling they are trying to hack into our internet connection. Reported and being investigated.

I absolutely LOVE fooling them!! It is so much fun!! Yell at them in another language or say creepy things to them and they will go away!!!

Yell at them in another language and they'll stop. We did it in Japanese and German!!!

Yell at them that you don't speak English in another language. We did it in both German and Japanese and they hung up pretty quickly

First call from (03) 8644 8152 was someone claiming to be from Telstra and when I said that I had just renewed with them for another 2 years, they said that they could change the contract and give me a better deal. I asked a number of times whether he was representing Telstra and he continually said yes. I said that I didn't believe him and that I don't deal with people over the phone and hung up but it has resulted in numerous hang up calls.

The Australian laws need to change to stop this sort of misrepresentation and harassment.

this no keeps dialling me (03) 8644 8152 have reported to Telstra 4 times and had them blocked ..changed my no twice and supposed to be on a silent no yesterday 6 times in 1 hr now i've complained to Telstra again and they only way i've been able to stop them is to pull the plug ..

We have been receiving multiple calls from (03) 8644 8152 each day. As a former Victorian I did not like to block the number but when I tried to return the call there is an inaudible message so this info is helpful.

I felt they wouldnt leave me alone if I was annoyed or asked them to so I thought I would have some fun and spin them round in circles pointlessly to waste their time. I am having the same problem as VERY ANNOYED, it drives us nuts, the only reason we have the phone is for our internet, wish there was a way that they could be picked up for harassment of so many of us :-(

Have been getting calls last couple of nights from this number. If don't pick up they keep calling!
When spoke to the Guy on the other line (he said his name was Ricky) he said same as above... about cheaper phone bill and unlimited internet etc... when i asked if he was from telstra he snapped back at me "Who said that? Who told you that? I didn't say that!" I replied with "no I AM ASKING YOU!!" He then hung up on me! now still getting calls from same number.
#DONT give them anything. ask for everything in writing! there is something seriously not right about them.
