Definitely Scam - person advised calling from CBA.

Told me they were from the commonwealth bank.
when I questioned why they were calling me from the commonwealth bank they hung up.

Caller claimed to be from NAB (I'm not a NAB customer), and to be calling to confirm a transaction they had received. When pushed on it, he didn't seem to know who my bank or credit account was with, and I didn't tell him, but he claimed my credit card had been compromised and a $300 had been authorised from it as a donation. When I suggested that would be a matter for my bank to deal with, not the NAB he said he would organise someone from my bank to call me back. I told him I had it in hand and he promptly hung up on me. No idea what the scam is but long wait at the start of the call and caller had an Indian accent.

Got a call from overseas. They are using the NAB banks number to disguise themselves

just got a call asking for my personal details

Caller: Alec from “NAB Fraud”

Got a call at 6.25am yesterday and 7.20am today checking if I received replacement Visa card. Confirmed with NAB Fraud Assist that it is a scam and caller not known to NAB. Blocked the numbers immediately.

Scammer with an Indian accent. Claimed he was from NAB and had all my details including my full name, home address and credit card details. He then sent me a code from NAB - DO NOT READ ANY CODES OUT TO THIS PERSON!

Sent voicemail link in email - on my softphone account. The time of call was suspicious, so I am sure it is spam email. Beware - do not click such email links

Said he was from CBA anti fraud dept, spoke in another language other than english possibly Indian, asked for me by name, I asked who was calling then once he said where he was from I promptly hung up

This number is shown on an official NAB letterhead [with +61 3 as the prefix for callers to the bank from Overseas]

Scammers pretending to be NAB. They call you on other scam numbers asking for your personal details, send an SMS reminder, then they follow it up with fake NAB letters to your mail box. Reported these scum to federal police fraud squad. Hopefully these losers can be caught and put away for a long time like they deserve to be

Not legit, told me they were from Telstra Bigpond. Told him telstra Bigpond don't call customers and he hung up.

Asking if I had made a transaction for a specific amount to the Unites States. Obviously he did not like my reply that I did not have a credit card, because he told me to go F#*@ myself!

So.... Definitely a scam!
