Multiple "hang up in your ear calls" when answered due to it being an AGL call centre. Yes, similar to others we moved our account, so a wonderful PR excercise in trying to get unhappy customers to stay....AGL - are you with us? Err...no, we are definitely not!

Caller: AGL AGL. I left them so they keep calling to ask why. They don't stop and the constant calling is getting really annoying now

Caller: AGL SPAM/COLD CALLING - Told me I was switching to AGL and they needed personal private details? Told him no. Then he told me he can give me a better price on energy if I want to switch to AGL and when I told him "I thought you said we were already switching to AGL?" he hung up.

Caller: AGL Annoying. First time I said you've called a business,we are in a building, speak to body corporate. Second time, answered and hung up when the voices of many people can be heard in the background. Not interested. Time wasters If this is how AGL are conducting business then everyone here did the right thing and change providers.
