I called (03) 8611 2606 back and spoke with Jamie. I asked for the company name but she said she can't hear me clearly, that i have a very bad line. I called and spoke with her again and she said i reached eCollect. It's a debt collection agency.

Yes as stated by Heads Up....this is a debt collector 'E Collect'.

Best to deal with them sooer than later but just a heads-up that this number is a DEBT COLLECTOR
