When I called it back, was all in a European accent ??,

seems like a scam call - have received calls from the following numbers every night between 6pm and 7pm (03) 8609 0080, (03) 8609 0068, (03) 8609 0050, (03) 8609 0084.

Spam! I hid my number and called back and it was directed to message bank and got a lengthy message that was all in Chinese

This guy is really starting to push it. Also calls from (03) 8609 0058 and 0062, block those too. Calls every day. Doesn't get the message that I'm never, ever going to deal.
If you block one number they just call from the next or make up new ones, it's easy for them. WHat you have to do is block all numbers that arent on your contacts list for a while - I know for business numbers that's a problem but for private phones that actually works. They try for a week or two then it actually stops. For landlines you can buy a device that keeps a contacts list and can do the same thing, block strangers. Then, PEACE AT LAST!

Spam - they seem to be using a (03) 8609 00xx number. I got the same call on 0068. FYI - If I accidentally pick up a spam call - I sound really really interested in anything they have to say and then let them know I'm 10 years olds (not really).....good fun.

Definately a Scam, no message and probably wants me to spend my money phoning them back. The Government should not be giving/selling these people an Australian phone number so they can try to Scam us.
