This number calls me up to 6 times a day but never leaves a message, drives me crazy

Some dodgy overseas accented person named 'David' asked if I received free shower heads and doorstoppers. After I said 'uh... no?' he started asking when I'll be at home. I immediatly hung up. He then tried to call back on several different numbers for a good 5 minutes!!!
Can someone put these pathetic criminals in a jail cell for the rest of their miserable lives??

How many thousands more scam calls are we going to be subjected to? In 2023 there must be technology that can detect these numbers, even if they're spoofed.
I can't block every call from these lowlifes because my landline phone only stores 30 blocked numbers - and I WILL NOT be driven to buy a new phone by scumbag scammers.
