they keep calling, others have said its telemarketers.I won’t answer any Victorian numbers any more. Don’t pick up, let ring out. Once you pick up it gets recorded that the your number is live and you win more scam calls from 100 other numbers and locations. If it’s that important, who ever is trying to call you will leave a msg.

Block this number. My brilliant anti-malware ID'ed it as Spam (or robocall) so I did not pick up and was able to block it immediately. Other reviewers are saying the number disconnects after they answer it meaning the 'caller' identified you as real. You will now be subject to further scam calls especially ones impersonating the ATO. Get yourself anti-malware to avoid responding to these calls.

I am getting calls from this number and about 8 other different numbers from Melbourne per day. I never answer and just block them but when will it f*cking stop?!

3 numbers that start with 03 8595 xxxx (8595 8948, 8595 8927, 8595 8933) were all from the same company something like Australia Crypto Exchange, saying I signed up for more info which I never did. Threatened to go to ASIC and hung up on them.

Getting about 2 calls a day - waited for message, but not leaving a message. Thanks for reporting this as I've now saved as scammer

Isn't it illegal to sell things that do not belong to you. What about OUR phone numbers? Yet companies keep selling phone lists on.

Got many missed calls, it's to check if you are not paying to much interest on your mortgage rate. Explained that I rent, no mortgage, all I got was OK then the line went dead. Said hello two more times, they came back "ok, thank you, bye" line went dead again, but still there, after I spoke again, the lady came back and I gave her a mouthful about how rude she was. If I don't fit your criteria for a caller, the least you can do is be polite about it.
