Dont know who they are ringing, says gov energy light replacement system …. but they dont know what they are talking about, all bullsh*t !!

I notice these scam numbers are very close to local numbers.
Only difference is they don't a nine in front of them.
For instance, 859 is very close to 9859, which is a Kew number and very close to numbers local to us.

Do not be fooled into thinking they are local. They are just scummy scammers and should be treated with extreme prejudice.

Caller: Nuisance call

Calls continuously trying to install lights fans etc. I have advised many times to remove my number from call list to no avail. They continue to harass many times every day. I refuse now to answer their calls.

I don’t answer any call that isn’t saved in my phone unless I’m expecting a call from a specific place. I don’t know why people are even bothering answering their phones anymore. Just let it ring out. If you answer they realise there’s a victim there and will keep trying and they’ll also keep spamming your number around to other dodgy call centres. Just don’t answer your phone unless the number is already saved.

Caller: Indian scammers about LED lights

I've put up with them calling between 4pm and 7pm every day for 2 weeks. I gave in last week and answered, but they hung up, Several days in a row I answered, and they still hung up. Today someone spoke - wanting to install free LED lights under a government grant. I asked them would they farm the job out to someone local. They asked why. I told them I'm 900km away from where their phone number says they are. Then he got sh*tty with me and hung up. If it were real, they wouldn't hang up when confronted by logic, so it has to be a scam.

This number is a persistent caller, I receive 5 calls a week and he closes the phone once I pick up. Scam or phone number tracker to sell to marketers.

Dodgy Indian scammers

Persistent Indian scammers calling several times a day using a range of very similar numbers. Clearly these f'''wits don't understand what the Do Not Call Register means.

Persistent annoying caller - calls every ten minutes if not answered. Then on the hour until maybe the get the message “unwanted call so not getting answered” Why am I on Do not call register??

This number has called my phone number 8 times in 3 hours. ( I haven't answered the phone.)

Indian Offering free exhaust fan through government subsidy.... what a crock of .... !! Dodgy as.

Indian accent same number has rung 8 times in the last 20 minutes. despite me telling her i'm not interested. This is close to harrassment. When is the Government going to do something. The Do Not Call Register is a total waste of time and money.

I am glad I looked this one up. The number of different answers including threats, I am even more glad that I do not answer the unknown numbers now.
