Received threatening call from this number purporting to the taxation office and advising if I didn't ring back the police would be calling!

Missed call with a message that I had to call back or there would be a policeman at my door. I've ignored it.

A recording purporting to be from the Director of Public Prosecutions saying that you are in deep poop and must ring the number back immediately or face the consequences. Defo a scam. I was LMAO the whole time :P

Yes this number is a complete scam. Do not call back!

Left a message on my phone saying me or my lawyer need to contact before a police officer turns up on my doorstep or workplace.

Scam message left in an automated American accent threatening with police at doorstep and unemployment if the call was not returned. Total scam, of course!

I just received a call from this number on my phone and also on my husbands phone number (both phones rang at the same time, displaying this same number) I answered the call and an automated message began saying that I or my lawyer needed to call this number back urgently as it was a tax matter. It stated Police would be coming to my doorstep if this didn't occur!
My husband's voice message has recorded only part of the same message I heard.
One interesting point is the number was displayed in the missed calls on his phone but on my phone, the number was not recorded or saved in the received calls list.
It's a very intimidating phone message.
