This was the number noted from a left scam message - the taxation one!
Included fear tactics and not to be ignored!

Left message on my phone...automated saying to call or they will take legal action against my name

this number is calling my 14 yr old son im getting 8 calls a day my son is getting a few each day ive had a enough

Same as everyone else, voicemail message to contact them or legal action will be taken against my name.

Usual septic automated crap...don't 'phone tem back-don't listen to this rubbish-just add to your phone book as "Scammer-don't answer". In future if you see in your phone when it rings let it ring out...there's a chance it may be taken off their call list

I did not answer as I didn't recognise the number. They left an automated message saying the issue was time sensitive and they needed me to call them back before they take legal action. Pathetic scumbag scammers!!! NEVER answer a number you don't know!

I hung up immedately with the threats, then immediately called me back, I declined call, and it called back 2 more times. Leaving voice-mail messages. Not the first time it has happened. This is sheer harrassment in an American accent and should be stopped.

I was on the phone to a client and tried ringing back and it was engaged. I then rang my voicemail to hear an American automated male voice saying something about legal action would be taken against me. Will block this number.

ATO scam. The usual. Police will come to my door, get a lawyer, I’m facing prosecution. Ya da ya da. Don’t even bother with them.

Went straight to message bank. Was a man with an American accent stating that I needed to call them back as soon as possible to avoid legal action against my name.

robot message left on my MB and then a south African sounding guy was pushing me for details and getting very abrupt with me about tex evasion for the last four years...... i hung up after stating i had received no letter in regards to such a claim. called the ATO and confirmed it was a fake and make a scam report. (03) 8593 7401 was the number he called me on. just finished changing all my personal and banking passwords, just in case

Basically purportedly from the Tax Office with a threat of legal action ASAP if I didn't respond etc etc. Recorded message, not an actual person of course. Hung up in the middle of it. Obviously a scam.

Went to messagebank and it left a message stating something about sending Police to my door if I didn't ring back... obviously a scam

These idiots rang threatening that if my lawyer didn't call them police would be knocking on my door.

Scam message claiming to be the tax office.

Voice to text message received 30/8/17 - "We want you or your lawyer to call us back before you face police officer at your doorstep or at your place of employment. We want you to return the"
The message runs out without saying what the item to be returned is.
