Tele marketer called me about electricity bill. Blocked

Keep calling every day and when i try to return their call it says 'user busy' and won't connect.

Make Indian accent caller. Claimed I had an account, then he stated my address.... & proceeded to tell me that from now on, I will be having 40 something percent off on my account, but when I asked what account he was talking to me about, was it a utility bill, he hung up. Rude bastard! Lol
