Just had a call on my work line & they hung up as I was reciting my spiel! Called back & yes - it was an AMEX call centre. Not sure how / why they got this number, but I guess they bank on people returning the call, given the answering message when I called back. Most Annoying!

Likely a spammer. Rang, and hung up before I could answer. Tried calling back, and it was American Express trying to sell insurance. Basically a spammer, although at least they identify themselves.
