Caller: I didn't answer

Just another one of the many numbers I have blocked over the last 6 months. About time the Do Not Call Register was amended to include so called charities.

Caller: Call Centre on behalf of Red Kite

They called for my dad, whom I'm a full time carer for and he now lives with me as he has dementia. I have over the last year been contacting every charity that has called, emailed or mailed requesting donations and asked them to remove him from their list due to dementia and that failure to do so would result in my reporting them. I used an email that I reserve for things likely to induce spam there was no address or phone number listed. Yet lo and behold they are calling my mobile phone to speak with my dad. I have not as yet done a formal change of address. This means that either this company or another similar company has actively and manually looked for a way to contact him and found only my address and phone number.

That is the lowest of the low and is why I will never donate to these pond scum.

Apple begging for money I guess. It's still ok for charities to harrass. Well I think the government should change that law!! I run upstairs to answer my phone. Who needs a gym. I am doing relay races. Sent me a letter but don't call me.

Annoying phone calls at least 3 times every day, Mon-Fri. Unbelievable that they go to these lengths to try and gain charity money.

Thanks Ruth. I didn't realise that charities are exempt from the Do not Call Register act. I assumed that because my numbers are on the register that I would have peace.I went to the Applemarketing.com.au website and have completed their do not call form. Will see how that goes.Appreciate the tip.

Repeated calls from this number, I will not give to a charity over the phone, too much likely hood of it being a scam. I will not give to charities that use this type of phone marketing when I meet them in the street, door knocking or shopping malls.

Don't pick up on callers when I don't recognise the number, especially when they call numerous times like this crowd... If there have been 46 complaints about this number, why on earth doesn't some authority give them a massive flip. Just one of 108 of these calls so far this year. Fed up? you wanna believe it.............!!!

Yep - here we go again. Second rubbish caller within a couple of hours.

Keep getting calls from this number but as soon as I answer they hang up.
So annoying, keeps waking me up, then hangs up.
I thought it was a prank call until I read the other reviews. Now I know who I'm dealing with will block this number.
