Same as everyone else getting multiple calls hang ups etc however I am not going to cll them back as some calls can attract a huge fee and that might just be the scam.

Caller: Indian calling himself Greg Stating he was with east coast solutions about solar. Asked him why he was ringing me. He wanted to know about whether i had solar. I told him to stop ringing as I was sick and tired of arse holes like him annoying me and I used some language to get my point of view over to him and hung up. Within 10 seconds the same d*ckhead rang back and said he did not like my language. Again I told him to "GO AWAY: in my language again.

Caller: (03) 8579 1391 They have been calling my home number for a number of weeks (sometimes up to 3 times a day). Like you our phone number is a landline and also a private unlisted number (has been for years) and yet they still manage to get our unlisted phone numbers. Sometimes when we answer and say hello they hang up straight away or sometimes they say that they are calling about solar panels. My father answered today and when they said they were calling about solar panels, he said that we already had solar panels on our home (not that we do) and the person still tried to talk to him about them and then suddenly hung up.

Create a contact listing called Scam and then save all the numbers under this contact and then create a another one Scam2, etc., and keep filling them up with the random callers we seem to be receiving at the moment. This is what I do. Their machines are smart and they can tell if you have blocked them so that doesnt seem to work. Hence, it is easier to save them under a contact and you then know when they call not to answer. :-)
