Missed call, not pick up when I call back

Missed call, called back - Auto voice advises I missed a call about switching energy accounts.

Pressed 1 to speak to Sales Consultant to remove me from their contact list, on hold for 10 mins so hung up and blocked number from my phone.

Dodgy no don't talk to them

Called but hung up on answer.

Have had 2 missed calls and doesn't leave a message. Always suss.
