I'm on Do Not Call Register - so assume scam.

Caller: 'Lifestyle Australia'

This number has obviously changed its tactic. They called asking to answer and survey about lifestyle since the pandemic. Not sure why someone in India would care... except for trying to steal information.

Don't answer numbers that are not known to me. By the comments already given, it clearly is a spam number. My Samsung didn't even recognise it as a suspected spam. Number blocked.

Caller: Lisa Collins

She rings a least twice a week tell her the same thing all the time not interested, is sum sort of charity survey, told her to get a real job and stop annoying people.

Some bird calling herself Lisa Collins, claiming to be from some charity; I have asked her before to stop calling, but oh no! Any time from 9am-9pm, SO tired of it.

calls many days, never leaves a message.

Obviously using a recorded voice. Asked me to answer in yes or no and I asked “ her” to tell me the date and kept getting “sorry I didn’t get that”

Definitely SPAM call...
BEWARE

She said a charity mob, I asked three times who do you want to speak to and she couldn't answer. They have no clue who they are ringing and hoping to scam someone. Avoid and block.
