Caller: Roy Morgan Survey Group As a former telemarketer I knew enough after he got his first scripted line out and asked how I’m doing, I POLITELY ask to be out in their DNC list! (Do Not Call) as as by LAW they are supposed to thank you and end the call, however this POS whom I’m sure has rang me before asked me “Why?” This is against the law and you should report them!!

Melbourne Morgan for a survey a girl said. She knew my full name. I told her not interested in any survey( most are scammers), then blocked it.

Claimed to be Roy Morgan - COVID related. Age bracket, sector, title and then asked salary range. Said no comment and they hung up

Asked me age group, work background, income...... the guy said one minute questions but more than 5 mins. Then I blocked it when he tried to ask me my company name. My phone already has 8 block records from 2 different number in 12hours.

Guy called, spoke poor English and failed to understand what I said. Wanted to ask opinion about climate tackling, never asked the question. Only asked name, age bracket, which state I lived in.
Says from Ray Morgan. Asked my name (didn’t give them the legal one) and something, something, good bye. Blocked the number and will report to scamwatch.gov.au

They just called me pretending to be from Roy Morgan saying they were doing a survey about life post the covid pandemic. I foolishly responded to question such as age, industry, income bracket, investment interests, etc.. Then they asked me for my email address "for confirmation" and at that point I realised they were scammers and not from Roy Morgan.

Claimed to be from Roy Morgan Research. Spanish? accent. They used a "creeping" tactic, asking to survey me with just a minute of questions, and the "final question" grew further away. Then they teased with whether I wanted to be contacted with an offer. Then the questions grew more specific, and wanting to confirm my name (they don't need names for market research). So I hung up. This is now how legitimate research agencies work.

Scam call - they ask for your job industry and where you live. Then follow up with some more scam calls from someone else like Apex industries.
Always a south Asian caller.

Caller: Pretended to be Roy Morgan They are fishing for your details confirmation but they already know this and will be later used in a scam or some form of identity theft. Hang up and be cautious in future.
