unsolicited call to mobile from telemarketer who claimed the number was on a 'marketing list' -- this mobile is used only for emergenicies and the number given only to trusted known sources.

Call received 26/11/2012. Answered but no one spoke and just hung up.

Received missed calls from this number 3 times now and like everyone else, when I phone back there is no answer. I Usually wouldn't call back as most callers would leave a voice msg if I can't take the call. Bunch of hoaxing idiots wasting our time.

ditto here - received call around midday and didnt answer. no message left and when returning call (several attempts) no answer or message bank. suspect (as below) this is a telemarketing line - took advice below and saved contact as 'junk caller - do not answer'

I got a call from this numb during work hours, i called them back no answer, no voice mail, so annoyed.These guys should be caught.Grrrr

this number rang my mobile that is not listed, when i answered it hang up immediately. It is annoying when you are busy looking after children, or cooking dinner.

I received a missed call on my mobile from this number and when I tried to return the call, it rang out. Like everyone else here, I have a private number and this is a bridge of privacy. Next time, I would answer the call and just keep quite and let them pick up the cost of the call if they like.

They call my number dont talk, I have an unlisted number. this the second phone call. very annoying

Just got a call from this number, asked for me by name (at a business number) and identified herself as from Energy Australia. Asked if I received my gas or electricity bills from Energy Australia or TruEnergy. I said no, she said thank you and hung up! What the...?

They just rang me. I asked them how they got my number (unlisted) and she told me she had an auto dialer. Saying she was from tru energy.

Just got the same deal.. I suspect it is an auto dialer hooked up to a phone list or phone book, could be fraud, could be on the back of a cheap and nasty VOIP Dialer. The fraudsters crank up big bills for the owner of the line with just a few lines of code.. they are probably 12 years old and not based in Au. Its unlikely to be an intentional outbound sales call as they cant sell to you anything if they dont talk to you !
