Has repeatedly called me, no idea who they are. Doesnt talk just hangs up

If I think it’s a scam call, I’ll pick up the phone but don’t say a word and they’ll usually call one more time. I do the same thing again pick up the phone and don’t say anything at all until they speak. Sometimes they’ll say something, other times they don’t say anything so they automatically hang up if you answer the call but be silent. I hope that helps.
