Customer Benefits Services, whoever or whatever they are?

a man spoke with an Indian accent and said that he is from "Customer Benefit Services" and it sounded like a call centre with noisy background and he asked if I have any life insurance and as soon as he said that I said that I am not interested and he kept asking for my contact details so I just hanged up. To me sounded like a SCAM !!

didn't pick up and no message left. Another one to block.

Those scam callers gone crazy in Aussie and I can’t understand why the gov do nothing about them for so many years...

I just got another call from this number, but they calling me every day same time 2 times around 11:30 am and 2 times around 7pm 😠 really annoying.

Third time today all from different numbers. Every time I look up the numbers on here they’re all reported as customer benefits services. Complete scam and they do not stop.

Just received a call purporting to be from Bank telling me that an overseas charge, to a NZ charity, for $800.00 had been charged to my account that morning. They asked me to verify this payment. I denied it, simply saying “no”. The caller was female, accented and in a noisy background (call centre? Certainly not bank). She then tried to get information about my online transactions. When I asked why, she hung up. Checked with Bank. No transaction.

Received two missed calls. From (03) 9584 3839 labelled “Clayton x 2”. Live in Qld. Looked up Clayton to find Scam calls listed, but on another number. Have not returned the calls, but have deleted them, as I have no such contacts in Vic.
