Caller claimed to be from a SMS messaging service and wanted to speak to marketing manager of the business.

they have called me 4 times to sell me energy light saving and every time i told them im not interested and remove me from their database and its against the law to spam call me.
the overseas agent told me, "your australian law doesnt apply to here" and laughed at me. so they never removed my number and they still spam call me.
I want to find out which Australian company is using this service because surely they have to comply with the do not call register?

Always suss these days. Whenever I hear the first thing is a second delay, I know it's reconnecting to an o/s call centre. I have hung up and blocked and now come here to find it was all spam as suspected.
