Received a call from this company this morning exactly 11.52am) 9 Sept 2019) and couldn't hear which company she calls from. After repeating twice, she RUDELY hung up!!! i can hear she slams the phone on the other end. If CIVIC transport appointed this company, please inform them to educate their telemarketer with better attitude towards customer service. She address herself as Jai.
