I believe this is a bot call from telemarketers as just a while later I called by a telemarketer about Woolies shopper docket advertising. (this was from a private number a short time later)
It is becoming common practice for marketers to use bots to see if anyone answers they detect voice and register you as home or in office. Then call telemarketers call personally dont waste time on unanswered calls.
They are clever this is same as indian call centres so as much as we don't want telemarketers to be there  we ALL say Hello don't we or say our company name/intro TRAPPED.
