This is not a scam number anymore. Call is from Samsung Team that follows up on direct contact either by phone or in store/kiosk

I thought it was just me. They won't stop calling and they leave silent messages. Is there any way of blocking them? Does anyone know who they are?

if you get this call customer sevice on 1300 303 114 and ask them to remove your number from their list.

Just got a call but I didn't answer, went straight to search online who's number, then I got this posts...thanks!

I rang them back today they answered as IMP i told her that they keep ringing my number. She said that would be from their sales team and to wait and answer the call next time they ring. I told her that if they phone my number again i am ringing the police and reporting them. She immediately took my mobile number and said i would be added to the do not call list immediately. I warned her that if i get one more phone call i am reporting her to the police. I would advise everyone to do the same.

this number called and said i won a prize and she asked for credit card details. She said its for postage. i said i dont want it . She said u have answered this call which means you have accepted. I tried calling back this number doesn't ring at all..

Keeps calling my mobile -about 15 times today - no messages

It is samsung feedback line extremely annoying and they are unrelenting

Yeah I've been getting them also, same time each day (ie ~9am AEST). I called the number back yesterday and got the US-accent recorded message re: IMP Publishing with some sort of phone menu options, which I hung up on. I've just emailed their customer support asking to be removed from any marketing lists. Hopefully that will see the end of it. Maybe conincidental, but these calls may have originated from an online marketing survey that I recently completed (lured in by the usual incentive of prizes - lesson learned!)

Interesting I just received a call from this number - jumped on here and appears its from Samsung wanting feedback on a service? I dont own a samsung and never have so that is odd!

You will freak out after knowing what happened to me. A girl with Asian accent called me on my mobile from this number and gave me giving me some information on real time basis that was happening in my house as if they were just standing outside and looking at my house. They claimed to be calling from a reputed company and started asking me my personal identification details. I grew suspicious. So I asked the girl for a call back number so that I can provide the information the girl was asking for.

SHE HUNG UP! So I called the number. No ring at all. So I called the company from which this girl claimed to be from. They verified that it was not their number and they did not authorize anyone to me.

That company has launched a fraud investigation.

I didn't get to answer this call as it was auto-blocked by 'Who Called Me' App based on the feedback. Feedback implies the caller is from Samsung doing a survey. I have had a Samsung resolution in the last month and would have liked to be able to talk to them about my experience. I do not think this caller should be blocked if you have had dealings with Samsung.
