Caller: Recorded Voice

This number (03) 8464 5751 from Melbourne, Australia called me at 1008am, Tuesday 15/5/18 on my mobile phone and I answered it. It had a recorded voice message that said "chinese embassy" and then spoke in an asian language for some seconds before saying "chinese embassy" again. So I hung up in case it's a spam call. I was on the line 28 seconds. I googled and the real chinese embassy is in Canberra not Melbourne.
