Caller: Jordan Lewis I had an auto call on my landline from Amazon Prime saying I needed to renew my subscription. If I needed to speak to someone press 1 then transferred to one person I couldn’t understand then another by the name above. He was supposed to be in Amazon Head Office in Exhibition St, Melbourne. I told him I wanted to unsubscribe as I hadn’t realised I had joined online on my smartphone through Apple Apps. When I eventually got into my account I found I wasn’t a customer. He wanted me to go into Amazon site, Validator & geektyper to find that I had probably been hacked & someone was using my account. There was supposedly many so called hack attempts. He said I’d have to get rid of those as I wouldn’t be able to get rid of Amazon.
