Answered the call and there was silence for about ten (10) seconds, then I heard a beep like an answering machine, and a computer generated female voice saying goodbye. Very strange

Missed the call. Called back, started talking about Saving money, and continually asked “do you know the reason for my call.” Told her not to call my number again and hung up!

At first they said it was regarding my electricity and then my internet service. When queried where they were calling from, they hung up.

When I don’t even pay electricity bill? Or even own a house? Hello spammers get your information correct before calling.

I answered and didn’t say anything. There was silence for a up to 10 seconds then they hung up.

I have got an incoming call from this number but as I was in front of my Computer, did a quick search and found this post. It looks like scam! I didn't answer.

Someone from "Energy Australia" or Australia Energy, trying to get me to change electricity companies.

Keeps ringing and not leaving a message. I'm in Queensland, so do not know why someone from this number would be even calling me. Assuming spam!

Same number called back, Indian fella asking what energy company I was with. Call came up on phone as coming from Eltham.

Same experience as Marty.I called back,seems like call centre.When I asked for my name to be removed as I do not want unsolicited calls,Nancy had a number of excuses and sounded as if she was reading from a script. After numerous attempts,I just put the phone down.
