I called back the number (03) 8400 6173 and the guy on the other line did not mention the company name

Claiming I own money on electricity bill when I don't even own or rent the house (I live with parents) I've been getting calls for months now from several numbers demanding money and asking for details of stuff I have no idea about. I keep telling these unknown people to stop calling me, take me off there call list or I'll report them, I've even blocked a few numbers and today I get this call from this number ((03) 8400 6173) saying that there starting to change my account over to another electricity company, I aksd them what where they talking about and they said that I apparently previously told them I was the account holder when in fact I never have and to stop trying to use scamming technics on me then they hang up....

Calling regarding the electricity...
