Hung up when I answered. Have called twice within 2 hours. Rang back to see who it was. Recorded message saying it is Active Offers, Eltham, Victoria.

Caller: PESTERERS

Just wanted to pester me again ....dead heads with no respect...get a real job FFS

No answer on other end. Hung up after introduction.

Scam

Also called from (03) 8400 6511 - and when I answered they hung up immediately. If you call back you get a automated message - listen to it... if you follow the prompts and you can remove your number from their list without having to speak to anyone.

Hung up when answered. 2 calls in two hours

Said something about home electricity!!

Rang for a second time today, no message again

From a person purporting to be asking about "home internet and broadband services". I did not pursue the call any further and hung up.

male caller identified himself as a member from Active Offers, a division of Telstra.
Asking about NBN...
scammer.

I didn't answer the unrecognised number because I was too busy googling it. I called back however got a recorded message saying that they wanted to discuss great offers for internet services. If they were so great, they would have answered!
