I called back (03) 8391 8785 rang and got disconnected automatically

Missed a call from this number. No message was left. When I returned the call the number was disconnected.

Caller: Scammer

Said they were from City of Glen Eira. Rang a few days later on (03) 8391 8762.

Answered number asked for someone I had never heard of and hung up

Didn't recognise number but answered anyway (I usually don't), but after I said hello they simply hung up

Caller: City of Kingston

A lady phoned, says from city of Kingston, take sometime to answer questions, when I told her no she was very rude

I missed a call from this number but they didn't leave a message, I came here to see if anyone else has had a call from this number

Called and didn't leave a message

When you return the call thay say the call can not be connected at this time and try again later, so a scammer of some sort.

Someone was on the other end and told me that they were calling me from the local council. Asked them twice which council but they couldn't tell me so I hung up
