I received repeated after hours calls (8 pm) wanting to speak with my under aged daughter. This must be a serious fraud and needs to be reported. Has anybody an idea how to go about it?

It's still happening - many years after your reply to this subject. I blocked each one, there are 4 similar numbers that kept ringing.

Caller: Social Research Center (SRC) located in Melbourne - (03) 8383 4900. Dear 'Research' after all your unsolicited phonecalls to myself you can roll up all your 'survey' documentation and prove to the Doctors that it was anatomically possible to fit it all 'up there'. Your young lady pestered and pestered me as she would not take 'no thankyou' for an answer, hence I hung up after adding "How many times do I have to repeat myself".

My son gets calls from this number. He is disabled and has limited language skills. He has his phone to contact family. Ive blocked this number. They need to reassess a flawed process.

Caller: NSW Research Centre Called, answered and was told NSW Research Centre. Told of survey, said politely "no thank you", they kept talking so I hung up. After hanging up, within literally a SECOND they called. Not impressed!

Caller: University Post Graduate Survey They call about a survey for recent University graduates, asking about what we are up to after graduating. A little annoying, but genuine research and very polite about it. Nothing malicious.

Thank you "Research" for providing this information... it saved me wasting my time and money to return the missed calls I got, and now the number is blocked so I won't waste any future time on further calls. Guess I won't be answering any of your surveys :)
