I'm so angry i woke up having 2 calls this morning. I gnored the calls. Then 5 minutes later a very quick call (ring) for 2 seconds all of sudent quiet. I am now collecting phone numbers that i dont no who they are write it on a list and then by the end of the week i will block them using the telephone home settings which ever way it may be possible. And if that does not work i will call telstra to block all the numbers ive encounter. WAKE UP AUSTRALIA why do we need spam ? As well why do we need indian dodgy callers. This is what's wrong with australia. This has to stop. Otherwise how can you trust your phone provider entering spam to your number. I almost felt as if i had to blow up the telephone because its rather annoying. Then tomorrow another call by a diferent number. I search it up and its on a diferent page this this one and it just goes on and on... Seriously i will never pay to block numbers as that is useless... its best to block it if one knows how to by settings on your telephone. Just like you would do so with a mobile phone. I hope this helps... My phone is a silent number by all means.... and paying 3.00 dollars to keep silent number.

They will keep calling and finally they will resell your debt for 2c in the dollar so that they can keep chasing it for another 5 years or so. Best thing to do is to offer them 5c in the dollar and see if they accept it.

Australian Receivables Limited. They phone repeatedly, do not allow enough time for one to pick up, then hang up without leaving a message. Off-shore call centre, routed.

this number called the other day so I answered to a very rude and harassing male who wanting all of my personal details, they would not tell me what it was about with in 1 minute in to the conversation they were demanding money and threatening me and saying they would send people to my house. I kept asking them to explain to me what was happening but wouldn't give me details just demanded money. I was really scared by this time. I asked to speak to a manger who then got on the phone and referred to me as Roxanne but that is not my name, I informed him that was not my name. I was put on hold, the manager came back and was very rude and demanding money but would not explain the situation. I was very angry and scary and pissed off with in 5 mins of this conversation. I then demanded more information but all they wanted was my personal details. I then hung up. a Day later I received a text saying if I wanted a call back to text back call me (which I did straight away ) to discuss a settlement that had been made. I still have not received a call back.

Continue to call. Harassing, rude and threatening conversations. Energy Aust accidentally referred my account to them when I was clearly on a payment plan. Payment was completed and still getting harassing phone calls. Spoke to Energy Aust. They suggested to tell them to back off and not to call anymore as there is no referral for collection from their end. Not happy at all!!!

My ex partner reversed into another car when I was overseas, we since split up - Now ARL keep harassing me trying to "negotiate" settlement of $1,600.00 on behalf of RACV Insurance. I wrote to RACV and advised I was not the driver, but no one cares LOL. As long as someone pays up. I just block the calls, but they also call from unknown numbers and leave messages. They won't get a cent out of me, I wasn't even the driver. They haven't even got the spelling of my surname correct, so between RACV Insurance and ARL it's like an episode of Dumb and Dumber

They got my number from Telstra, they contacred me chasing someone who lived in a rental property before I did. I didn't even know the person, yet they ring me and harass me about it. Wouldn't tell me who they were either.
