Automated voice with American accent. Didn't hear the first half of the message, but towards the end it stated they have an arrest warrant in my name and if I didn't call them back they would have to arrest me. Srsly. What a load of rubbish.

Caller: (03) 8373 0339 I missed this call - they left a voicemail saying they were the ATO and they had an arrest warrant for me etc etc (usual script). I returned the call and was connected to a very Indian- sounding person who wanted my name etc - when I refused they terminated the call.

ABSOLUTE SCAM - robot voice saying if you don't call back - you will be arrested - yo - dip sh*ts- Australian law doesn't work like that - learn the law before you try to use to scam people. and people.. educate yourselves as well, so when you get these calls - you don't freak out and go searching weather or not it is valid - you should instantly know.

Same threatening automated message as above. I didn’t call them back as the police wouldn’t leave a message like that in Australia. They’d call and leave their name and a verifiable number of a police station. Don’t be fooled if you’re new to Australia.
