They keep calling even after i've blocked thier number in contacts..wth

Note to self. DO NOT enter competitions with Supercheap Auto. They sell your details. Although I am not 100% sure I assume It was the "same old" insurance company.... again. They sure have a lot of options in regard to annoying me. Mobile numbers, Melbourne numbers etc etc. Alas, I'll just keep looking them up here and blocking them. Surely after thirty plus attempts they can comprehend I'm not interested ???

Insurance Company Telemarketers - how they got my name and number I don't know - avoid them.

They rang my mobile and came up on screen as 'unknown'. The man said he was calling from Contact Network Services. He started talking about types of insurance that are important to me. Told him not interested ...A google search does not show any such company existing... Probably a scam

Phone scam calling from a false "business" with no ABN or register. Fake accent trying to "sell" insurance.

Definately a call Centre, interesting that they say they're from Melbourne when in the background it's clear that either the Company employs a lot of mixed Asians or they are based somewhere in Asia, maybe India? I have received calls showing mobile or QLD number. Block 1 number, they use another, like Hydra but with some phone system argh!!! I have been told that when you pick up a call, that's all they need to show as a call made on their system, could be urban legend.

Harassment calls from contact network services it's a scam just block the number

4 calls in two days, they start off buy assuring you they are not trying to sell you insurance. Then 3 sentences later they blatantly ask you if you want to purchase insurance...

they call me 10 times a day and don't talk they just hang up. Block them

My poor 84 year old mother receives nuisance calls from this number regularly on her new emergency mobile phone. So freaking annoying!

Insurance line insurance wanting to confirm your number and have someone call back with a quote for Funeral, Income or Life insurance.

The first time they tried to call I didn't pick up and they had their number showing. The second time they called on a private number and I picked up and she didn't say anything so I said hello? Then she said she was from insurance company and said I registered for something?? And I said I have not registered for anything and she tried to sell me life insurance and income insurance and I said I'm not interested and hung up. Haven't called back.

Obviously a telemarketer... but how did they get my name & mobile number?
