I have recently had lots of calls from different 03 and 02 numbers. I rang them all today and on most it just says your call is important but has no name attached and one of the 03 numbers was dissconnected. Why are they calling me and how did they get my number 😱 it is so annoying everyday my phone is going off with one or more of these numbers

called back (03) 8820 8126. Contact network services.

Returned a call from (03) 8400 6015...Said they were Contact Network Services and then got disconnected immediately. Reeks of scam!

I've blocked this number and several of their other numbers, to no avail; this after calling back the numbers and hearing they are a company calling themselves Contact Services. Today I inadvertently answered one of their Brisbane numbers. As soon as the woman told me from where she was calling I interrupted her, saying I was not interested and to please not call me again. I hung up before she could come back at me but I expect I will receive more calls until eventually I manage to block all their numbers, about the year 4367, if I'm lucky.

Blocked this number a couple of days ago. They have been calling me from various numbers such as (03) 8001 8002 & (07) 3060 2031 & (03) 8372 4008 and a few more. Which means they use various sources of telephone number routing to try and weasel their way into your mind.
After blocking all their numbers, their automatic dialling system was contacting my number every 15 minutes. Today my inbox was blowing up (from 8:45am I received a call every 15 minutes and I had 13 missed calls from Private Caller - knowing it was these C-Holes. I called them to "politely" asked them to cease. Supposedly now on I am on their DNC register.

I was about to hang up when the CSO called me by name - which I did not provide so I asked how they obtained my data when I had not even signed up for Contact Network Services. I asked who they were working on behalf of but CSO was not able to provide that info and advised can have someone call back to let me know. I "politely" said no, never call again.

I was just called by Contact Network Services from their number (02) 8417 5013, and I drilled them because I don't like people ringing me up with more information on me, than I have of them. According to them their ABN is 8016337424 and they are registered in Australia, but they are based in India. How is this even possible or valuable to Australia to be operating businesses in this manner. I noticed from an earlier post that this company is about to be deregistered - good! These people are stealing our jobs, and irritating us in the process by selling dodgy insurance.

Have been getting calls for months. And never answer them. Answered by accident the other day and he said my full name! So I asked how he got my name and number and he rambled on about crap then still couldn't tell me. I cracked it and said I don't want to be disturbed and he reckons he was going to put my number on a do not call list. Hmmm we'll see.

Same I've had 3 calls in the last 3 days. When I asked how they got my number they hung up. The numbers were:
(07) 3150 3025 (Sandgte,QLD)
(07) 3387 0126 (Beenleigh, QLD)
(02) 8417 5013 (Dural, NSW)
They seemed to be selling insurance.

I missed a call returned it and got through to these people.. Asked who they were they hung up... Not smart selling at all

They just called me and when I confirmed my name, and kept continue whether im interested on some insurance?? I was confuse for a moment and thought who are these people and I said im not interested and hanged up. I am worried they might do something when I confirmed my name! has anyone experience this before?

Since getting an insurance quote online, I have been receiving regular calls from this number and six others, which searching on here, are all insurance/scammers.

I also have been receiving calls from "contact network services".

Generally they have been interstate numbers but now they are Private Numbers.

The callers have Indian (?) accents.

Being polite and decling offer, simply hanging up or being insulting / abusive / rude all don't work in equal measures.

I need to take unknown calls for my work and these calls are simply costing me time, money and consternation.

Call me old fashioned, but if I wanted something I would seek it myself not take unsolicited hype.
