I called back number (03) 8372 3170 rang once then goes to busy tone.

Spam? Scam? Most probably! I won't answer!

Called me too - got cranky when I refused to tell them who my electricity provider was. Hung up and blocked after another (unanswered) call 4 hours later.

Looks like this number has re-emerged as a scammer.

Just keeps ringing & ringing on my home phone & therefore I can't block it.....

Caller: Said they were electricity commission

They were going to lower the cost of my electricity bill ….they knew my Christian name and I only answered the the phone with hello …they said they were going to lower the cost of electricity I asked how are they going to do that when I don’t get a bill…they hung up
