Scammers, thank you Mr Apple for the "block" button on my very beautiful I phone. I will send the Federales to their office and build a wall around them, Perfect.

I get calls 3-4 times a day. It's doing my head in. I tell them to remove my number and they still call.

3rd or 4th time an Indian call-centre has called to sell insurance, claim they have never contacted me before about insurance products, they call mobile numbers also. The number is in Victoria, but will be a voip point of presence they have setup to pop out from, from India... so the call looks more legit.
Turns out, a lot (if not all) of the insurance is simply a scam which cannot be claimed on. You're enriching some Indian scam artist/s to the tune of millions of dollars so they can come to your country, and buy a nice mansion and luxury cars with their ill-gotten gains.
High-pressure sales, they will try and quell your objections and not let you get a worthwhile word in edgewise, you can hear in the background that they are operating in a boiler room, best thing to do is wait for the agent to shut up, then tell them you are not interested in insurance products and hang up. They tend to be good english speakers and relatively polite, as they have figured out this cons more people.
Beware, do not buy a single thing they try and sell you. They also try and sell junk tablets sometimes also from similar numbers.
