Just received a call from the same number ( (03) 8372 2060 ) they wait for you to answer and then hang up ... Screen shows Point Cook Location which im sure is a load of BS

Left a voicemail in Asian (Mandarin?). Blocked number. Have received many of same type of calls from various numbers 837 prefix in Victoria. Damned annoying.

They call from different land line numbers ALL the time, the numbers usually come up saying it's from Vic or NSW. I seriously don't understand how they get people's mobile numbers, but it's like once they have them they NEVER leave you alone, you block the number & they just find a new one to call on.

Seems the common thread is funeral insurance. I’m guessing a lot of us here are over 50 and over. So looks like they also know our birthdays. Wonder if the electoral role sells our info?!

Got a call from them. Started asking me about life insurance blah blah blah. They knew my bloody name. I don't know how seeing as the only sites that I enter my # and name on are legitimate sites like google account and Facebook.

They have literally stalled me four times today. From a place point cook in Victoria. I don’t answer at all and they don’t leave a msg. I keep blocking numbers literally daily this is not the only number. The government needs to regulate this. How do they even get our details.

The caller already had my name , asked if i was aged between 30-75 and if i was an Australian citizen .... I said sorry not interested and they hung up.. I'm guessing selling life insurance or collecting information for a scam
