i called back number (03) 8363 4591 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

Could not understand a word the person said. Need better English speaking call centre ppl.

Called no. Got automated msg "Thank you for calling Coles online" then got an sms asking to call the 1800 455 400. It was regarding my home delivery from Coles.

WARNING!!! I just got a call from this number after placing a shopping order to coles online and my phone has a big warning sign saying potential fraud block this number and the number kept calling as I tried to block it after I hung up 3 times and it is still trying to get through. So I have blocked it and I will talk to Coles and tell them about this to let them know something not good is going on here. How do we the customer trust the people we shop with if the online number has this kind of thing happening?

I answered and waited, then asked if anybody was there, still no answer and then hung up. I called back and got message that it was Coles on line then disconnected.

I see from other comments that this number is Coles online. That could make sense as I had a previous call to them and they were to call back. However this call came at 9.45pm. Seems suspicious.
