when you ring back says number is not in service

Scam ,rang nab they said no one from their teams had called , they checked number and said it is a scam number,anyone posting it's legit nab are obv part of a scam

Received 4-5 calls a day from (03) 8358 0000 since the past few weeks.
After reading comments about this number in here, I contacted NAB.
NAB confirmed that it is not a phone number of NAB and suspected that it is a scam. The number has now been reported to their scam manage department.

I ran this number by the NAB and they told me it is not one of their numbers so obviously a scammer.

Been getting calls from this number, but haven't answered and when I rang back said Unknown number. It is interesting as I have just done some refinancing with NAB about a month ago and now these calls start and reading the other comments I think NAB might have a insider problem.

This is NAB calling. Instead of trying to help people during this trying time with the Pandemic they instead hassle people. Disgusting and inappropriate behaviour from large corporates. Maybe the Government needs to step in.

Called twice 2day. 1st call I answered there's a delay b4 a voice can be heard just as I hung up. 2nd call I answered & they hung up. Called back 15 seconds back, this number is not registered. Getting annoyed.

Proactive outbound call from NAB, went through financial and personal situations and they helped support me by offering a better rate, apparently they make these calls every 8-12 months.

Someone apparently from NAB called from (03) 8358 0000 number to check our loan detail are correct in system.
When asked he said he was from retention team.

Beware, this is a scam.

I was on the phone with NAB this morning 1300 637 947) sorting out a direct debit issue with my home loan and while on the phone asked about this (03) 8358 0000 number I kept receiving missed calls from (and blocked yesterday after reading this site). The woman I spoke to (Jasmine) confirmed it was indeed NAB's number, most likely someone chasing me to sort out my overdue payment (because of the aforementioned DD problem). I complained that there was never any message left and she acknowledged they don't leave messages, even when it is a real person calling and not an automated robocall (both of which come from that number). I told her that was pretty bad form on NAB's behalf because it just looked like one of the many scam calls so prevalent today. She acknowledged that and said she would relay my feedback further up the food chain. Whether anything comes from it who knows. She said if in doubt just phone back their main number 1300 637 047.

Identified as a call from NAB and wanted to know my financial goals so that they could offer help to achieve them. I told them I was not keen to make any changes so they ended the call politely.

Call from NAB - Home loan dept doing an outreach call to see if there was anything they could do to improve my loan situation. Basically just trying to keep in contact with customers and make sure they stay with NAB

I let it go to message bank, the guy left an abusive message saying never trust anyone with a name like mine, blah blah. He obviously didn't know it was recording or didn' care. I rang NAB they could not confirm if it was legitimate or not. Can't call it back. Could be legit could be a scam. Treat it as a scam.

Aggressive guy from nab trying to find out about my home loan, can't verify it's the nab, offered as verification to say who the broker is. Didn't take the call as the guy was rude and it could be a scam, not appropriate means of contact if it is the nab, too risky to engage

I’m feeling harassed by this number with up to 5 calls a day and no message. No email or voicemail left. If this is NAB what high profile company does this to people. Disgusted. Answered and yelled Stop Calling Me. Calls still have not stopped. This is terrible.

Called me then I answered, completely silent from the other end, I guess scam, blocked this number straight away.
