Caller: Someone named Nathalie, didn't ask her company but it's an electricity company

We reported to our builder of faulty lights (Spotlights and pillar lights), so this is apparently the company that did our house's lights and coming to fix

I called back number (03) 8353 3333 spoke to a woman and when she said the company name wasn't able to understand her properly. However she did mention an electrician company.
